Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login and no real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. jaya 9vip will notify you by email before applying any inactivity-related fees or restrictions. Where an inactive account holds a real-money balance, jaya 9vip will make reasonable attempts to return the balance to the verified payment method on record before any administrative fee is deducted.

Governing Law
